What do I actually receive?
A single, self-contained webpage (an HTML file) that opens in any browser on any device — or, if you add hosting, a link we manage for you.
Do my readers need to install anything?
No. It opens in any modern browser. The Starter and Standard files even work offline once downloaded.
Can it capture who signed off?
The page has sign-off and checklist steps built in. Recording those events to a database is an advanced add-on we can scope once you're set up — note that a typed name is a confirmation, not a legally verified e-signature.
What format should I send?
Word is ideal; PDF works too. The cleaner and more structured the source, the faster and cheaper the conversion.
How long does it take?
Most short documents are turned around within a few business days. Rush options are available.
